Service terms — review draft

Review status

This is a product-rules draft for the local preview, not approved public service terms. Operator identity, contacts, governing terms, refund rules and provider licence conditions remain to be confirmed. This preview uses test credits and does not accept real payments.

Digital creations and your inputs

The product creates pet pictures, short videos, cards, songs and digital gift collections. Print files are downloadable PDFs; physical printing or shipping is not included. Review results before using or sharing them. Generated appearance, movements and sung pronunciation may vary. A memorial creation is an artistic interpretation, not an authentic recording of the pet.

Supply photos and stories you have permission to use, including the person's photo in a person-and-pet portrait. Songs use the lyrics you confirm before generation. Do not submit someone else's copyrighted song lyrics without permission. Commercial-use conditions must be checked against the enabled provider before launch; this draft grants no blanket commercial licence.

Credits and unlocking

Available credit packs, USD prices and the credit estimate for each creation are shown on the pricing and creation screens. Review the current quote before confirming. Credit packs are one-time purchases; a gift collection with a new song may cost more than one that reuses an eligible unlocked song.

Verified accounts receive the configured free previews. Free and promotional-credit works have burned-in watermarks. Purchased credits unlock the saved original without another generation request. Promotional rewards cannot unlock originals. A confirmed failed generation restores its charged credits or free attempt once. An uncertain provider request stays under review rather than automatically submitting a second paid request.

Credit expiry and purchase-refund rules have not been approved. This page promises neither a refund policy nor an expiry period. A payment-ready release must show approved rules before checkout.

Invitations

An eligible invited friend must verify their email and complete their first successful creation before both accounts receive 20 promotional credits. The inviter can receive rewards for at most five friends in each UTC calendar month. Invitation attribution is set at signup.

Keeping and deleting works

Free previews remain available for 14 days after completion; unlocked works for 90 days after unlocking. Save your downloads within that period. Deletion removes the work from the library and queues its files for cleanup, subject to an active task still needing a file. Existing temporary links may remain usable for up to five minutes. Account backup and closure are available after the required review. Transaction and reconciliation records remain; closure does not request a refund. A private receipt shows creation-data cleanup status.

Before public launch

The operator must review these rules, provide support and privacy contacts, complete account controls, and approve final service and refund terms. This draft contains no acceptance mechanism and makes no assertion of legal compliance.
